Andrews Rehabilitation Trust is been founded by Ms. Deborah Andrews,Clinical Psychologist in the year 1999 August. Andrews has been serving for the women with psychiatric disability in the city of Bangalore,Karnataka,India for the past 20 years. The Psychiatric Disability of the Patients are being addressed by in house residential care Rehabilitation treatment program. The Psychiatric Disability over a period of time make them(patients) to loose some of their activities of daily living To enable them to regain the skills that they have lost, because of illness condition perse they are provided with 1.In House Psychiatric consultation by our Psychiatrist.In terms of drugs and Injections accordingly. 2.Clinical Psychologist devices tailor made program in respect to psycho-social rehabilitative measures like Individual Psycho- Therapy, Group Psycho- Therapy,Family Therapy,Recreational Therapy,Occupstional therapy and such other allied therapeutic programs along with medication. 3.The regular meetings with the family members of the residents of Andrews Rehabilitation Trust help them to get oriented adequately through psycho- education and to undergo attitudinal changes through self help group interaction. Which empower them for better management and Rehabilitation when their dear ones get integrated into their family and community at large.
